Jason Randall, CDBA, is the Director of Training for Canine Dimensions’ Orange County California Region. A lifelong dog lover, Jason comes to Canine Dimensions after a highly successful 27-year career in compliance, supervision, and leadership within the financial services industry. Known for his integrity, professionalism, and ability to coach and mentor others, Jason spent decades overseeing complex cases, analyzing behavior patterns, and leading teams in high-pressure environments. This background prepared him with a unique blend of patience, communication skill, and problem-solving ability that translates naturally into dog behavior work.
Jason’s lifelong passion for dogs led him to pursue formal education in canine behavior. After completing the Canine Dimensions Dog Trainer Certification Program and his hands-on internship, he earned the designation of Certified Dog Behavior Advisor. He was also accepted as a professional member of the nation’s most prestigious dog trainers’ association, the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) – a distinction awarded only to qualified trainers committed to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Jason believes that good dog training is also “people training”- helping owners understand how to communicate clearly and confidently so their dogs can thrive. Dedicated to helping keep dogs in their homes and out of shelters, Jason works with puppies and adult dogs of all breeds, including those struggling with fear, anxiety, aggression, and other behavior challenges.
